Charlie M.

Charlie is an Executive Coach who for 25 years has successfully led individuals and teams as the President of a startup title insurance company, Executive Vice President of Northern California for the third largest title company in the world, inspiring teams as VP of Sales, and now Executive Coach.

Charlie’s experience spans across most industries including high tech, insurance, coaching and change management, and his career has traversed from start-ups to established firms.  His skills in driving impactful, lasting change have led Charlie to go into coaching and consulting, however, his real passion as an Executive Coach is in challenging and empowering his clients to successfully uncover their own unique values, authentic leadership style, and in rousing goals to life.

Charlie also brings his own unique life experience to his coaching from his adventures across 40 countries, on six continents, climbing to Everest Base Camp, walking 810k of Camino De Santiago, completing endurance long-distance swims (including Alcatraz swims), mt biker, skydiving, bungee jumping, and scuba diving.

Charlie received his Professional Co-Active Coach Training/Certification from the Coaches Training Institute, a Change Management Certification from PROSCI, and his DISC Certification from TTSI. He is currently based in Bali, Indonesia.
